1. Introductory provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) of the company trvl tech s.r.o., with registered office at Na Vidouli 1025/1d, 158 00 Prague – Jinonice, identification number: 19866020, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 392916 (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), regulate in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll, Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Contract”) concluded between the Seller and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through the Seller’s internet platform. The Internet platform is operated by the Seller on a website located at the following Internet address https://retkee.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), through the interface of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Store Web Interface”).
2. Conclusion of the purchase contract
- The presentation of services and products in the web interface of the shop is informative. The Seller is not obliged to enter into a purchase contract in respect of these services and products. The purchase contract is formed by confirmation of the order from the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail.
- The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment when the buyer receives the order confirmation from trvl tech s.r.o. via e-mail. The e-mail message contains details of the order, information about the price, type of service or product, information about the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract and confirmation of receipt of payment. All orders are subject to product availability and seller’s capabilities. The buyer will be contacted in case of any changes or problems with the order.
- All information about services and products, including prices and specifications, is carefully prepared with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Prices for services and products are inclusive of all taxes and fees, except for costs associated with payment, which may depend on the payment method selected.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if for any reason it cannot be fulfilled properly and in a timely manner, in particular if the product is not available or in the event of an obvious error in the price of the products listed on the website. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed of the rejection of the order and any amounts already paid will be decided in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s internal rules.
3. Payment and delivery terms
Buyers can pay for the services and products provided by trvl tech s.r.o. using the following payment methods:
- Payment through online payment gateways, including credit and debit cards Visa, MasterCard.
- Electronic payment systems such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The price quoted for each product or service is final, including VAT and any other taxes and charges that the buyer must pay for the goods or services in the Czech Republic. The price does not include any international transfer fees or other bank charges associated with payment in a foreign currency.
Delivery of electronic products and activation of services takes place online via email or by direct access to the user interface on the website https://retkee.com/. Due to the nature of the services and digital products provided, physical transport is not applicable and therefore no additional transport costs are charged.
After successful payment and verification of funds, the purchased product or service is made available to the buyer without undue delay, but no later than 24 hours after confirmation of payment, unless otherwise specified for a particular product or service.
4. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement
- Pursuant to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for the delivery of digital content if it is not delivered on a tangible medium, provided that the performance has been commenced with the buyer’s express prior consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the seller has informed the buyer before commencing the performance that the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in such a case.
- Specifically for electronic products purchased as a one-time purchase, customized products created according to the buyer’s specifications and for annual subscriptions, due to their digital nature and immediate availability after purchase or activation, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This limitation on the right of withdrawal is clearly communicated to the purchaser prior to the conclusion of the contract.
- The Buyer accepts and agrees that all electronic products, including one-off purchases, bespoke products and annual subscriptions, are deemed to be non-cancellable services once delivery has commenced due to their digital nature and immediate performance.

5. Rights from defective performance and complaint procedure
The rights and obligations of the parties with respect to rights of defective performance for services and products provided by trvl tech s.r.o., including electronic products purchased on a one-time basis, customized products created according to the specifications of the purchaser and annual subscriptions, are governed by applicable generally binding legislation.
The Seller shall be liable to the Buyer for the services and products provided:
- have the characteristics that have been agreed between the parties and, in the absence of an agreement, have the characteristics described by the seller or expected in view of the nature of the products and services and on the basis of advertising,
- they are suitable for the purpose for which the seller states or for which the products and services are normally used,
- correspond in quality or workmanship to the agreed sample or specimen, if quality or workmanship has been specified.
Due to the digital nature of the services and products provided by trvl tech s.r.o., it is not possible to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract after the start of delivery. Specifically:
- For one-time purchases and customized services, we will begin performance immediately with your express consent at the time of purchase, waiving your right of withdrawal.
- In the case of annual subscriptions, performance shall commence immediately upon confirmation of the order, with the express prior consent of the purchaser and information that such consent excludes the right of withdrawal.
The buyer has the right to redress if the services or products provided are defective. This right includes the requirement to remedy the defect or to provide a new service without defects. If such a remedy is not possible, the buyer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if it is a material breach of contract.
All claims relating to defects in services or products must be made without undue delay after the defect has been discovered, using the contact details provided on the website https://retkee.com/. The Seller undertakes to respond to the Buyer’s complaint without undue delay.
6. Other rights and obligations of the parties
- The buyer acquires ownership of the purchased services and products upon full payment of the purchase price. Until then, the services and products provided remain the exclusive property of trvl tech s.r.o.
- The company trvl tech s.r.o. is not bound by any external business rules or codes of conduct beyond the legal obligations set forth by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
- The processing of complaints and claims is ensured by electronic communication at info@retkee.com or by telephone. trvl tech s.r.o. undertakes to respond to all complaints and complaints without undue delay, but no later than 30 days after receipt. Information on the handling of the complaint will be sent to the electronic address or telephone number provided by the purchaser.
- A buyer who is a consumer has the possibility to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the event of a dispute arising from a purchase contract. Information on the out-of-court resolution procedure is available on the website of the Czech Trade Inspection.
- The company trvl tech s.r.o. is authorized to sell services and products on the basis of a trade license. Trade control is exercised by the competent trade office. Supervision of personal data protection is provided by the Office for Personal Data Protection. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority also supervises compliance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
- The buyer assumes the risk of changes in circumstances within the meaning of Section 1765(2) of the Civil Code.
7. Final provisions
This document and all contractual relations between the seller and the buyer are governed by Czech law. Changes to the terms and conditions are reserved to the Seller.
