Červené Blato Nature Trail

The Červené Blato Nature Trail is located in the Třeboň Protected Landscape Area. You can park your car at the beginning of the trail, where is a marked parking lot. The trail is 4.2 km long and takes you through the peat bog on wooden paths. The trail is for pedestrians only, you can leave your bicycle at the beginning at the so-called “bike parking”, where there is a place to lock it. At times you may find it a little harder to walk as the wooden paths can be loose, so be careful. It can be a bit more complicated for dogs and small children, so bear this in mind. The path is not designed for strollers. The trail will take approximately one hour, depending on your pace and how you stop, as the whole trail is complete with information panels where you can read about the area, local fauna and flora.
