Edmund’s Gorge, sometimes also called Tichá or Dolní, is a canyon of the Kamenice River, near the popular Hřensko. There are several rocks in the vicinity of the gorge, ranging in height from 50 to 150 metres. The gorges are a frequent tourist destination, which makes the surrounding area a very exposed place, especially in the summer months.
If we can recommend it, go to Hřensko during the week or in autumn, when there may not be the possibility of boating to the other part of the gorges.
We’ll be happy to create a personalized itinerary.
The gorges are usually closed during the winter, so we recommend that you check the official website before visiting them , where there is always up-to-date information.
You can park in the village of Hřensko, for example in the paid parking lot U vodopádu (150 CZK/day).
