Place description

Helsinki’s most famous markets, where you can buy souvenirs or eat well and cheaply. The fish and seafood specialties here are excellent. But watch out for seagulls! They really attack people (we saw it with our own eyes) and love to steal food. The markets are a must stop and you may pass through here several times during your stay. There is also an indoor market right next door with lots of food from all over the world, which is also a good place to eat.
