Place description

On the outskirts of Prague, near the village of Točná, there is the Šance Nature Reserve with many rock formations, viewpoints and a nature trail. One such viewpoint is Nickerle’s viewpoint, which offers a view of the opposite Zbraslav or the Břežany valley.

We recommend the Šance Nature Reserve especially for a shorter weekend walk, which can be done in about 1-2 hours. However, keep in mind that the terrain isn’t the easiest – especially if you go through steeper rock formations.
