ZOOkoutek Malá Chuchle is a small natural area on the outskirts of Prague, which serves as a great place for an easy trip with children and animal lovers. It is located in the forest park above Velká Chuchle and is part of the Forest of the Capital City of Prague. The park is part of the Prague Forest. Entrance is free and the whole area is open all year round, making it a popular stop for locals and visitors looking for peace and quiet in nature.
In the zoo you will find mainly animals that are common in the Czech countryside – for example, fallow deer, mouflons or foxes. There are also educational boards, a children’s playground and wooden sculptures of animals that will captivate young visitors. The area is easily accessible for strollers and its easy accessibility makes it ideal for weekend walks or family trips out of town.
The ZOO corner can be reached either by a steeper hike from Strakonická near the Branický Bridge, or by a more friendly route from Barrandov or Velké Chuchle. Most of the route is in the forest, which you will appreciate especially in the summer months. ZOOkoutek is really an ideal place especially for families with children. You will go into beautiful nature, with the added bonus of animals, refreshments and even learn something. We definitely recommend it!

You can park either in Velká Chuchla, from where you can walk to the corner along the yellow trail. You can also get here from Zbraslavská Street, where parking is also possible.
