Place description

The original Bramberk lookout tower was a wooden structure from 1889, which was replaced after less than 30 years by a stone lookout tower that still stands today on the peak of the same name. The tower is 21 metres high and offers a view of almost the whole Jablonec nad Nisou and the nearby Ještěd in Liberec.

There is also a cottage with the same name, which offers accommodation and a restaurant. The lookout tower itself stands at the crossroads of several hiking trails, so it is a good starting point for walks in the area.

Opening hours and entrance fees

The Bramberk lookout tower is open from May to October, always on weekends or public holidays. During the summer, i.e. July and August, it is open all week from 10:30 to 17:00. Admission for an adult costs 20 CZK, children and seniors pay half. For more information, especially about opening hours, but also about the history of the tower, visit the official website.

Parking is free in the large car park right next to the tower.
