In the Protected Landscape Area of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, where the beautiful Tiské stěny are located, Drážďanská vyhlídka (the Dresden Viewpoint) is also worth a visit. You can reach it by a 20-minute climb from the village of Sněžník, where you can also park your car. It is not by chance that this viewpoint is called the way it is – there are beautiful views of Saxon Switzerland, but also of Dresden, Germany. However, you have to be lucky to have good visibility.
The slightly better known Děčínský Sněžník lookout tower is definitely worth a visit. And especially in winter, the surroundings of Sněžník are really fabulous.

Parking is available in the vicinity of the village of Sněžník, or directly at the intersection in the paid parking lot. On busy weekend days, it is not easy to park here.
