Sella Ronda is located in the heart of the Dolomites, in the northern part of Italy in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Arabba and Val di Fassa. Each area has its own character, whether you are a beginner or a passionate freeride enthusiast. In summer, the slopes turn into a paradise for mountain bikers and hikers. The Sella Ronda rock massif can be circumnavigated on skis or by bike with the help of interconnecting lifts.
You can bring your own bikes or rent them from one of the rental agencies. Electric bikes predominate here, which you will actually appreciate in the end. If you’re coming here in the summer for the Sella Ronda mtb trail, be prepared for a day trip. The trail has several variations of difficulty, but we recommend not taking it lightly and having a good bike and pads.
The same route can also be covered on skis or cross-country skis in winter. Along the way you will see breathtaking views of iconic mountain peaks such as the Marmolada and Sassolungo.
In addition to skiing and cycling, Sella Ronda also offers a wealth of cultural experiences. Traditional mountain huts and a picturesque village offer authentic Italian cuisine that is worth sampling. During stops at the mountain huts, you can enjoy delicious food and drink with views of the snow-capped peaks.
