Place description

Soča is one of the most famous places in the area, full of various activities such as canyoning and other outdoor sports. We were only here for a short walk before going home and were a bit disappointed as the place was packed.

The Great Soča has a “swimming pool” where lots of people camp, while the Small Soča is a nicer stream. There are interesting stops along the way like bridges and stone resting places and beautiful water (like everywhere in Slovenia). If you don’t like crowds, I would recommend visiting other, quieter places.
